I’m a creative communicator, content crafter, and people person with a background in public relations and learning & development. By day, I lead training and engagement experiences for our Southeast System at Boston Consulting Group. By nature, I’m someone who loves building connections—through storytelling, design, and shared moments.

I'm an ENFP, enneagram 7, and certified quality-time enthusiast. I’m just as at home designing an engaging learning experience as I am crafting a social post or writing copy that makes people feel seen.

When I'm not working, I'm creating joy in all kinds of ways—colorful, cozy, and often with sand between my toes. You can usually find me walking with my dog Cappie (truly the best co-worker), spending time with my friends, family, and chosen family, or soaking up sunshine at the beach, which is my forever happy place.

I'm a big fan of getting lost in a great book (add me on Goodreads if you’re a fellow bookworm), filling in a Bobbie Goods coloring page, or diving into a good TV show that I'll probably recommend before I even finish it.

Life outside the office is where I reflect, recharge, and find inspiration. For me, creativity doesn't just live in a job description—it lives in the everyday.
